At HeaterFactory, we don't just supply standard heaters-we manufacture tailor-made thermal solutions engineered specifically for your industrial machinery. To help us provide you with an accurate quote and engineering drawing within 12 hours, please specify the following parameters when sending your inquiry:
1. Key Dimensional Parameters
To ensure a perfect mechanical fit in your oven or drying tunnel, please provide the following dimensions (as shown in the engineering diagram below):
Total Length (OAL): The end-to-end dimension of the quartz tube including ceramic caps.
Heated Length (HL): The active heating zone containing the tungsten/carbon fiber filament.
Tube Diameter (OD): Standard outer diameters include 10mm,11mm,12mm,14mm, or twin-tube sizes (23x11mm,33x15mm)

2. Electrical Specifications
Voltage (V): Standard options are 110V,220V,230V,240V,380V, or custom voltages matching your industrial power grid.
Wattage (W): Power output per lamp, generally ranging from 100W up to 6000W depending on the heated length and tube type.
3. Select Your Reflector/Coating Option
Directional heat is key to energy efficiency. Choose the coating that best fits your budget and thermal requirements:
Gold Coated Reflector (High Efficiency): Reflects up to 90% of the infrared radiation forward. Best for precision heating and high-speed production lines.
White Ceramic Reflector (Cost-Effective): Reflects approximately 70-75% of the IR energy. A highly durable and economical alternative to gold coating.
Clear Quartz (Non-Directional): 360-degree radiation. Suitable for applications where external, highly polished parabolic metal reflectors are already in place.

4. Terminal and End Cap Design (Connection Types)
Please specify the ceramic cap and terminal type to match your machine's wiring configuration:
SK15 / Round Cap: Common for high-end drying tunnels (easy horizontal mounting).
R7s / Screw Terminal: Threaded metal studs or spring-loaded contacts for quick, snap-in replacement.
Bare Wire Leads / Metal Tabs: High-temperature lead wires exiting the ceramic cap (please specify lead wire length).

5. Working Position (Very Important!)
Horizontal Operation: The standard orientation.
Vertical Operation: If the lamp is mounted vertically, we must use a specially supported filament design to prevent the heating coil from sagging down under gravity and causing premature burn-outs.
