Ceramic Heaters
Ceramic heaters have many advantages such as uniform heat division, good thermal conductivity, uniform temperature on the hot surface and elimination of hot and cold spots on the equipment. Ceramic heaters are divided into two types, respectively, PTC ceramic heaters and MCH ceramic heaters. The materials used in these two products are very different, only the finished product is similar to ceramics, so they are collectively known as ceramic heating elements.

10+years
Ceramic heaters save money and have a long service life, typically for decades. Under any application conditions, the surface of heaters such as electric heaters will not appear 'red' phenomenon, and there will be no burns, fires and other hidden dangers. For any application cooling treatments are not required such as asbestos and other insulation, the use of this insulation can mitigate burns and and fire safety hazards.
Safe And Inexpensive
In short, ceramic heaters are cheaper and have a longer service life. Do not need to use special temperature regulators and thermal resistance thermocouples and other temperature sensors can control the heater's heat, its temperature regulation is mainly dependent on its own material properties, so the product is far greater than the service life of other heaters.
