Tubular Heaters' Using Environment

Jun 23, 2017 Leave a message

Tubular Heaters can be used in air:

  1. Sealed Air Heating Environment

  2. Circulating Air Heating Environment

  3. Special Gas Air Heating Environment

Tubular Heaters can be used in liquid:

  1. Water Heating Enviroment

  2. Oil Heating Environment

  3. Acid and Alkali Liquid Heating Environment

When use tubular heaters in liquid, please note that the hot zone must be immersed into liquid completely. The hot zone part cannot be exposed to air. For tubular heaters used in air or in liquid, their wattage and material are different, so they cannot be mixed to use. Under good using environment, there should be no thin, dust, oil, water and other phenomena.

Tubular heaters used in acid and alkali gas:

In general neutral environment, we suggest copper, SUS304 or SUS316 material tube. In weak acid and alkali environment, we suggest Incoloy nickel alloy material tube. In moderate acid and alkali environment, we suggest Ti titanium alloy material tube. In strong acid and alkali environment, we suggest quartz, teflon and Incoloy nickel alloy material tube. In 900℃ environment, we suggest SUS316 material tube. In 700℃ environment, we suggest SUS304 material. In 650℃ environment, we suggest titanium alloy material tube. In 300℃ environment, we suggest copper material tube. In 110℃ or lower temperature environment, we suggest teflon material tube.

Due to the wide range of air/liquid and the diversity of using scope, please contact us to confirm before order.
