Flange Tube Heater is a heater type which heat air, water or oil by welding multi heating tubes on a same flange. Its structure of the basic principles: We need customize a round flange at first and punch on the surface of the flange according to the power requirements. Then we will insert matched heating tubes into these holes and weld heating tubes onto flange stably. The the complete flange heater is finished. Flange Tube Heater is generally used for liquid heating, and some used in large air heating equipment, such as air heater. In daily work, the flange tube heater is in the use of a wide range of liquid heating, so it is also known as immersion heater.
The flange is generally divided into threaded flange and flat flange. Threaded flange size mostly has 1 inch, 1.2 inch, 1.5 inch, 2 inch and so on. Threaded flange is generally suitable for small power heaters, ranging from several kilowatts to ten kilowatts. Flat flange has sizes from DN10-DN1200 and we can customize wattages according to clients' requirements. Flat flange is suitable for large power heaters, ranging from several kilowatts to several thousand kilowatts.
