How to use Halogen Infrared Heater and Carbon Fiber Tube Infrared Heater safter?
There are a lot of large workshop units that use infrared heating tubes for making some products. This product has many features and is an indispensable important item in our daily production. Its using efficience is high and heating speed is quick. Normally when we use it, it takes just three seconds from being on to normal working temperature. Due to the particularity material and construction of the infrared radiation heating tube, it is important for customers to fully understand the following points before installation and use:
1. Because of material and structure, this heater's quartz glass tube and internal heat wire are likely to rupture under big shocks. So when you move and stack heating tube, please be sure to avoid the larger vibration, drop and extrusion.
2. Avoid taking the heater on single head of heater tube, because the end of the quartz tube is easy to break,(especially the pressure seal part).
3. If it is convenient to you, it is better for you to take on soft gloves when take and install heating tubes. On one hand, it can help to avoid oil pollution and perspiration dirty which may influence heating effect. On the other hand, in case that heaters break during the process of installation, it can protect the operator's hand.
4. Avoid installing ceramic connectors of heater tubes too tightly. Because although the thermal expansion of heater tube is small, the equipment that installs the heating tube may be distorted or distorted during the heating process. Rigid fixation will result in damage to the heating tube. You can use the special installation brackets we provide together. There should be sufficient space between the porcelain head and other items. So that we can ensure that the heating tube will not be damaged by external force.
5. Usually each heating tube has two installation points. Three-point installation is not recommended. If a three-point installation must be adopted, the three mounting points must be in a straight line.
6. Avoid the collision of heating tube and equipment, tools, etc. For a heating tube with a reflector, please turn the side without reflector to the workpieces which need to be heated.
7. Avoid hard scratches and reflector surfaces during installation and use, especially for the heating tube with gold-plated reflector.
8. The heating tube of some specifications has strong visible light in the work, please not use naked eye to avoid the stimulation to the eyes.
9. Please not touch the heating tube when the heating tube has not been completely cooled to avoid possible burns.
10. The heating tube shall be installed horizontally to extend the service life as far as possible.
11. No matter whether there are insulation on lead wire or not, we suggest to equip lead wire with the high temperature resistant glass fiber or ceramic fiber tube (especially for the wire through the metal hole), in order to avoid possible leakage risk.
