Hongtai white-coated quartz tubes are made of high-purity quartz glass as the base material and are coated with a special white film evenly on the inner or outer walls of the quartz tubes through advanced vacuum coating technology. This coating is composed of silica and special ceramic composite materials, with a thickness precisely controlled at 5-10μm, a bonding strength as high as 8N/cm², and is not prone to peeling or wear.
The base material is refined from natural quartz sand with a purity of 99.99%, and is formed by melting at a high temperature of 1800℃. The tube body is free of bubbles and impurities, and the inner wall smoothness Ra≤0.02μm. The two ends of the tube body adopt arc transition design to avoid stress concentration, and the impact resistance performance is 30% higher than that of ordinary quartz tubes. The pipe opening is equipped with high-temperature resistant silicone plugs, with a temperature resistance range of -50 ℃ to 250℃, ensuring sealing performance while facilitating installation and fixation.
