The halogen quartz heating tube adopts a three-layer precise structure design, ensuring efficient and stable operation from the inside out. The core heating element is made of high-purity tungsten wire, which has undergone a special drawing process to ensure uniform heating and precise resistance value. The outer layer is wrapped with quartz glass tubes with a purity of 99.99%, with a tube wall thickness of 2-3mm and a light transmittance exceeding 95%, which can minimize infrared radiation loss to the greatest extent. The tube is filled with a strictly proportioning mixture of hydrogen bromide and inert gas, with precise halogen gas content. Under high-temperature conditions, a stable "tungsten-halogen cycle" is formed, effectively inhibiting the evaporation of tungsten filaments and extending their service life.
Both ends of the quartz glass tube are encapsulated with high-temperature resistant ceramics, featuring built-in anti-oxidation electrode pins. The pins are connected to tungsten wires through laser welding technology, ensuring high weld strength and the ability to withstand frequent vibrations without falling off. Both ends of the tube body are also equipped with silicone sealing rings, with a temperature resistance range of -40 ℃ to 200℃, ensuring overall sealing and preventing the leakage of halogen gas and the infiltration of water vapor.
