Introduction of Ceramic IR Heater Bulb
Ceramic heating bulb is a high temperature long life heating element. For modern industrial increasingly high temperature requirements, ceramic heating bulb can adapt, especially for chemical fiber, engineering plastics, plastic machinery, electronics, medicine, food and a variety of pipe heating.
Ceramic heating bulbs' component structure: Ceramic electric heating plate with high emissivity of the glaze layer, good thermal shock performance of the ceramic matrix, high-quality electric wire from a sintering. Their composition is as following:
1. Base: composed of good thermal shock ceramic material.
2. Heating Element: made of high quality nickel-chromium alloy wire.
3. Glaze layer: made of the metal oxide raw materials with good radiation performance and add the right amount of additives to improve the radiation intensity of the glaze to enhance the adaptability.
