1,Drying of the furnace
The new built furnace or the furnace that haven't been used for a long time should be dried before use.The drying temperature generally is 100-200C.Heat pipe that has been used for a long time will cause low temperature oxidation.For the small-sized furnace needs short drying time,several hours will affect heat pipe little,but for the large-sized one,as its drying time is long,it should be dried carefully.You'd better open the furnace gate to make heat pipe breezily.The gate may be half-opened with the rising of temperature and fully closed when the temperature rises above 1000C.
2,starting of the furnace
lf the furnace has been dried or it needn't to be dried,then it can be started to raise temperature.ln order to avoid too large current shock that can cause the electric equipment is overloaded ,the following steps should be adapted:

3,Replacing of heat pipe
If it is found that one element is damaged during operation,firstly,you should determine where it is ,at the same time prepare for the new heat pipe.Then loosen the screw which connecting clamp wire and the bus,clear out the ceramic cotton and pull out the brick.Afterward,insert the new heat pipe from the furnace top,link the lead wire.block the ceramic cotton and start raising temperature.
