Micro Crosssection Coil Heaters
Micro crosssection coil heaters are high effiicient heaters, which are designed to solve critical heating problems in confined spaces. They are used mainly in plastic industry to heat small-scale nozzles and 3D heating of nozzle hits in hot runner sytems. Micro crosssection coil heaters are manufactured by stainless steel tube and resistance wire inside which was insulated by MgO (Magnesium oxide) powder. This construction ensure a greate performance, high power, and high working temperatures. There are micro hot runner coil heaters, in different crossections, dimensions and powers and can be used as flat or shaped according to customer and process needs.
