Product Description
The 220V U-Shaped Serrated Finned Tubular Air Heating Element is a highly advanced industrial heating solution engineered by Hongtai Alloy specifically for demanding forced convection systems, air ducts, and large-scale drying ovens. Designed with a classic U-shaped configuration, this heater allows for both electrical terminals to be mounted on a single side, simplifying wiring and reducing installation space in tight ductwork enclosures. Unlike standard smooth fins, continuous spirally wound serrated fins deliberately create aerodynamic turbulence as forced air passes over the element.
