1. Precise construction
Quartz tube base material: It is made by melting natural quartz sand with a purity of 99.9%, with a tube wall thickness of 2.5-3mm. After being treated by the "low-temperature annealing" process, the coefficient of thermal expansion is as low as 5.5×10⁻⁷/℃, and it can withstand sudden temperature changes from -20 ℃ to 600℃. The light transmittance is optimized to 93% for medium waves of 3-7μm. ​
Heating element design:The "fine-diameter tungsten wire + helical dense-tightening" structure is adopted. The diameter of the heating zone in the middle section is 0.12mm (pitch 0.6mm), and the lead wire zones at both ends are thickened to 0.3mm. Combined with the "hydrogen bromide - argon gas" mixed gas in the tube (ratio 1:12), a stable tungsten-halogen cycle is formed at the working temperature of 300-600℃. Reduce the evaporation loss of tungsten filament. ​
Packaging process: Both ends adopt high-temperature resistant ceramic bases (with a temperature resistance of 800℃), the electrode pins are treated with a nickel coating (5μm thick), and the anti-oxidation performance is enhanced by 40%. The connection terminals are equipped with silicone sealing rings (with a temperature resistance of 200℃), and the protection grade reaches IP54. ​


2. Principle of medium-wave wavelength regulation
By adjusting the working temperature of the tungsten filament (300-700℃) and the doping composition of the quartz tube (adding 0.2% cerium oxide), the main peak of infrared radiation is precisely fixed at 3-7μm: when the temperature is below 400℃, the proportion of the 5-7μm band increases to 60%, which is suitable for low-temperature drying. When the temperature exceeds 500℃, the proportion of the 3-5μm band increases to 55%, meeting the demand for rapid heating and achieving "one tube adapted to multiple scenarios".
