Nickel-chromium alloy wire is adopted as the core heating element (containing 60% nickel and 15% chromium), and is designed with "helical close winding + segmented thickening" : the pitch of the middle heating zone is 0.8mm to ensure dense heat generation, and the diameter of the lead wire zones at both ends is thickened to 0.5mm to reduce resistance loss. This structure enhances the uniformity of heat generation to ±5℃, which is far superior to the ±10℃ error of ordinary resistance wires. ​
The tube body is made of quartz glass doped with titanium dioxide. By adding 0.3% TiO₂ particles, the transmittance of infrared in the 4-8μm band is increased to 92%, while filtering out the excess short-wave radiation (the proportion of 2-4μm is ≤15%), avoiding energy waste. ​

Temperature control system compatibility
It is equipped with a built-in bimetallic strip temperature control component, with a response temperature range of 50-300℃ and an accuracy of ±2℃. When the surface temperature of the tube exceeds the set value, it will automatically cut off the power. When used in conjunction with an external PID controller, it can achieve multi-stage temperature programming (such as 50℃ preheating →150℃ constant temperature →200℃ holding), meeting the step heating requirements of complex processes.
