Tips of use and maintenance
| (1)Forbidden over time, over temperature,over load use. |
| (2)High temperature furnace temperature 400 ℃, can not be rapid cooling; |
| (3)Do not touch the charging and discharging radiant tube |
| (4)Pay attention to the operate light, avoid the control switch malfunction and burned radiant tube. |
| (5)Pay attention to the instrument, once find temperature and instrument not normal must be timely analyse and slove. |
(6) Furnace over 100KW capacity need equipped phase ammeter in each heating zone. |
Maintenance:
(1)After Use 3-4months, draw out of the radiant tube, pour the dust of radiation and turn radiant tube 180°C use; |
| (2)Note the positive and negative mark radiant tube, every 3-4 months exchange a positive and negative; |
| (3)When draw out of the tube remove the terminal should be careful, do not hit and percussion lead rods; |
| (4) The lead screw loose wiring folder prone to oxidation should be regularly checked and tightened. |
