Our square section coil nozzle heaters have been developed to meet the growing demands for a completely sealed heater, able to operate at the ever increasing temperatures required by modern machines. Its square section tubular construction, combines flexibility in design with ruggedness and durability in operation, giving it many advantages over other standard mica nozzle heaters.
It’s capable of working up to 750° C, the coil heater can last up to 10 times the life of a mica nozzle heater, saving down time and maintenance costs and reducing the number of mica nozzle heaters used, giving our customers a purchase cost saving.

Hongtai manufacture all heaters to our customers design and specification. For orders and quotation it is necessary to supply us with the following information :-
A) Inside Diameter of Band
B) Width of heater
C) Wattage
D) Voltage
E) Lead Length and Termination Style
F) Dimensional Sketch or Sample
G) Quantity
Available in 5mm square section, complete with or without a built type J or K thermocouple, or a 7mm square section heater without the option of a thermocouple. These mica and coiled nozzle heaters come complete with a stainless steel clamp band and 1000mm of armoured braided cable as standard.
