Cast-in heaters are commonly used in plastics processing, food warming, semiconductor manufacturing and other industries. Cast-in heaters are made in aluminum,brass and bronze, tubular heating elements embedded inside, providing uniform heat transfer and long life. Based on uniform heat distribution, high precision of contact surface and shape stability due to special aging procedures perfect operating conditions and long life time is guaranteed.

Air cooled or water cooled cast-in band heaters are available for heating and cooling barrels of plastic processing extruders.

Cast-in heaters are manufactured in a full range of standard construction options, dimensions, electrical ratings.
