The cartridge heater is a high-density plug-in heating element, which is made of Ni-Cr alloy heating wire wound in a magnesium oxide insulated core and wrapped in stainless steel casing (304/316L/Incoloy 800) to achieve efficient heat conduction through tightly embedded metal holes or mold cavities. The standard diameter range is 3mm-30mm, the length is 50mm-1000mm, and the single power is 10W-2000W. It is suitable for industrial scenarios that require precise local heating.

Ultra-high thermal efficiency
The heat conversion rate reaches 97%, and the surface load can be as high as 50W/cm² (while conventional heating tubes are only 10-15W/cm²). It can rapidly heat up to 600℃ within 10 seconds, meeting the instantaneous heating requirements of molds and metal parts.
Precise temperature control and stability
Spiral heating wires are evenly distributed, with an axial temperature difference of no more than ±2℃. The compressive strength of the magnesium oxide insulation layer reaches 100MPa, ensuring stable insulation performance (insulation resistance ≥500MΩ) during high-voltage embedded installation.
Durability and adaptability
The wall thickness of the stainless steel casing is 0.3-1mm, with excellent anti-vibration performance (trouble-free operation at frequencies ranging from 10 to 500Hz). Optional 316L material is resistant to acid and alkali corrosion, and Incoloy 800 material can withstand temperatures up to 800℃, making it suitable for harsh industrial environments.
Flexible customized design
The lead length can be customized (0.5m-5m), and K-type/J-type thermocouples can be integrated to achieve precise temperature measurement (response time < 1 second). The tail seal can be selected from epoxy resin (IP65) or welded seal (IP68).
